Welcome to Beyond the Venue Season 1!

Hello! I’m MG the Venue Specialist! I want to take you on a journey through the numerous facets of the hospitality and entertainment industry, introducing you to my friends and colleagues here in Philadelphia. We’ll dive into some serious topics, but we want you to feel like you’re having a beverage with us - sharing stories and learning from one another.

Although I’m relatively new to the wedding industry, I've spent the last decade working in hospitality, specifically in craft beer sales and education. I loved the relationship aspect of the beer industry, and it seamlessly translated to the connections I have formed with venues and event industry professionals.

I started MG the Venue Specialist only a year prior to the pandemic. I saw a need for those who were frustrated by the event and wedding planning process because they couldn’t get over the first hurdle - finding the perfect venue. SO THEN the world shifts and events move “Beyond the Venue”.

So here we are! Season 1 starts Friday, March 19th and new episodes will be released every Friday!
